Trapeze and other Aerial circus acts:
Swamp Circus offers a fantastic choice of aerial acts ranging from graceful aerial dance to the dynamic and dangerous. Aerial performance is guaranteed to make your event truly spectacular.
The term "aerial acts" covers the performance of a variety of circus skills including, silks, corde lisse, and trapeze. Silks are an elegant display of dance and acrobatic skills presented metres above ground, only supported by lengths of silk. Corde lisse is a similar art form, but performed on a rope allowing the performance to be more up-tempo and energetic. Trapeze involves performing daring tricks on a single bar suspended high above the audience.

Acrobats:
We can provide a wide range of skilled and entertaining acrobatic acts. These include adagio acrobatic acts, acrobalance, hand balancing acts, comic slapstick and tumbling acrobats. The extremes of human strength and agility are sure to amaze. Acrobats can perform short circus routines, longer acrobatic street shows or acrobatic roving acts.
Contortionists:
Often combined with acrobatics our contortionists amaze and astound audiences with unbelievable bendiness. Their Bendy and beautiful contortion is an art form that never fails to provoke reaction. Acts can be comic or beautifully graceful. Our Contortionists work effectively as both walkabout entertainment and on stage.
Stilt walkers:
We have a wide variety of oversized stiltwalking entertainers. Characters include classic and more bizarre styles. Themed stilt-walking acts include Victorian, medieval, sci-fi, 70’s, pop legends and carnival. Specific stiltwalking acts include fairies, Elvis, Toy Soldiers and giant clowns. Stilt walkers are highly visible entertainers. Standing up to 9ft tall they can mingle and engage with guests and can make excellent stewards for your event (ceilings permitting of course!!!).
Mime Artists:
Our mimes range from classic two tone styles to more modern comic mime acts. Mimes can create stories or conjure up images. Modern mimes can use physical comedy and physical theatre to playfully engage audiences.
Unicyclists:
Unicyclists can amaze and astound with spectacular tricks. Unicyclists can also be a weird and wonderful addition to events. Jugglers:
We have a wide range of talented jugglers including highly skilled technical artists to hilarious comic jugglers. Juggling shows include fire-shows, glo-shows and vaudevillian variety acts. Our jugglers can perform cabaret acts, roving entertainment and street shows. Walkabout jugglers perform skilful on the spot routines to entertain passers by or mingle into the thick of the crowd performing tricks and getting into mischief as they go. They never fail to raise a smile!
Fire and Glow juggling:
Swamp circus fire performers are always a crowd pleaser and can add an element of danger and excitement to any event. Our performers can take on playful characters that interact with the audience or simply dazzle with their skills alone.
If fire is not the look you're after, Swamp Circus glow jugglers provide an innovative alternative. Glow jugglers wear costumes and use balls and clubs that light up. Great for venues in need of a bit of illumination!
Balloon sculpture:
Our Balloon modelers our great for entertaining both children and adults and for providing décor. Popular models include animals, hats, flowers, teddy bears, games, swords, splatt guns and weird abstract shapes. Specialist balloon modelers can also create much larger multi balloon sculptures, even portraits. Balloon modeling can be performed as part of comic performance, by stiltwalkers, magicians or other multi skilled entertainers. Balloon modeling is surprisingly popular by adults at evening functions and corporate events and balloon sculpture can help create a themed environment.
Magicians:
Prepare to be beguiled by the Swamp Circus magicians. From table side tricks to staged shows, magic never ceases to enthral an audience.
Living Statues:
Living statues add atmosphere and elegance to themed events. They are mime artists with realistic statue-like make up and costumes. Our statues can be themed to fit with Roman, Greek, sci fi or more contemporary styles. Living statues can be an enchanting addition for any occasion, perfect for: balls, corporate entertainment, promotions, parties, weddings, nightclubs, shop openings, product launches, flower shows, festivals and charity fund raisers. Elegant and intriguing, human statues can't help but captivate passers by. playfully interact with the audience by standing statuesque and then when shown interest magically come to life and begin to perform. If two living statues are booked they can interact together swapping between performances and statues. Truly astounding to watch!
