Frank Dapper is one of the personalities of renowned street performer Tim Foolery. Using an 8ft giraffe unicycle, fire torches, two fire devil sticks, a rose, hoola skirts etc, Frank sets out on his daring adventure - to master the skies. He is ably assisted by intrepid members of the audience who join him on his journey.
